From 10:44 am through 11:36 am EDT on Aug 3rd, 2020 we experienced degraded performance on our rules web service. This impacted some bot deployments, causing notifications to slow or request timeouts to occur. Additional capacity was added to our rules web service and the issue quickly resolved.
